The owner is allowed to include the apartment in an organized rental system run by a specialized company, without the obligation of personal involvement in operations. Such a model brings stability, professional care for guests and, according to market analyses, a minimum annual return of 5 percent.

Apartment users have access to numerous shared facilities, including a reception, a restaurant with an additional area for children, a wellness area with a jacuzzi, sauna and massages, a shared heated pool and an elevator connecting all parts of the building. The possibility of offering bed and breakfast additionally increases the competitiveness of the apartment on the rental market.
