Beautiful house in a quiet location with a view of the sea in Brodarica.
The house has two floors: basement + ground floor + 1st floor (gallery).
The ground floor and the first floor consist of a two-story apartment: the lower floor consists of a dressing room, bathroom, one bedroom with a private bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room with access to the terrace, while the gallery has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and one room with an additional kitchen and dining room.

A 100,000-liter rainwater tank is buried next to the house, which is filled with water from the roof, and through the hydrophore it can be used for the house as well, although its primary purpose is to water the garden and yard.
Next to the house there is a swimming pool with a surface area of 50 m2 paved with slab stone, covered with mosaic tiles with a gravel entrance. Next to the swimming pool there is a sunbathing area and an equipped automatic engine room and computer pool. The pool is filled through a well in the ground where fresh and sea water (brackish) is mixed. There is a pump in the well through which the pool is filled.
The environment is arranged and maintained with 14 Mediterranean trees such as olives, figs, etc.
The house is self-sustainable with an A+ energy certificate.

Brodarica is a quiet and pleasant village located only 5 km south of Šibenik and whose coast continues to one of the most famous tourist resorts on the Adriatic - Solaris (Amadria park). Brodarica is a village of villas and private houses, suitable for family holidays and living all year round. Picturesque sand and stone beaches, among which the newly renovated Rezalište stands out. Almost the entire shipping coast offers a view of the picturesque islet of Krapanj. NP Krka is 16 km away. The distance from Split Airport is 50 km, and Zadar Airport is 85 km.
