- Registrierungen (Gericht und Kataster),
- Übertragung aller laufenden Verpflichtungen (Wasser, Strom, Müllentsorgung, Wartung) vom Namen des Verkäufers auf den Namen des Käufers.

Die Provision wird bei Erhalt der Eigentumsurkunde im Namen des Käufers gezahlt!
