Lokaciju nekretnine ne dajemo putem emaila, telefona i sl.

Agencijska provizija za kupca iznosi 3%

U agencijsku proviziju su uključeni troškovi:

- izrada OIB-a (porezni broja u Hrvatskoj)
- troškovi javnog bilježnika,
- izrade predugovora i glavnog ugovora preko našeg odvjetnika,
- stjecanje suglasnosti za kupovinu nekretnine od strane Ministarstva pravosuđa (za državljane koje nisu unutar EU)
- uknjižbe (sud i katastar),
- prebačaj svih tekućih obaveza (voda, struja, odvoz otpada, održavanje) sa imena prodavatelja na ime kupca
- posredujemo po razrezu poreza na promet nekretninama

Our standard real estate agency policy is to arrange a viewing of the property after the client has signed our standard agency agreement. Signing this contract is the basic condition for further activities related to the purchase of real estate, and all of this is based on the Real Estate Brokerage Act and the Data Protection Act.
