Skoro svaka njegova ulica ljeti pulsira životom.
Nedaleko od grada Poreča smjestit će se ovaj stambeni objekt koji je trenutno u fazi izgradnje, a zamišljen je kao luksuzni dom koji zauzima površinu od 200 kvadratnih metara smještenih na parceli od 873 kvadratna metra, te se prostire na dvije etaže – prizemlje i prvi kat.
Stambeni prostor ove prekrasne moderne vile sastoji se od dnevnog boravka koji je okupan sunčevim zracima zahvaljujući velikim staklenim stijenama, luxuzno opremljene kuhinje, blagovaonice, četiri spavaće sobe opremljene modernim namještajem, tri kupaone i gostinjskog toaleta.
Kroz cijelu kuću planirano je podno grijanje sa dizalicom topline, kao i klimatizacija svake prostoije.
U donjem dijelu kuće nalazit će se i welness prostor koji uključuje saunu za četiri osobe kao i jacuzzi.
Posebnu čar ovoj vili doprinosi i uređeni vrt u kom je smješten grijani bazen veličine 56 kvadratnih metara sa sunčalištem, kao i prostor za opuštanje i relaksaciju u toplim ljetnim večerima.

U izradi projekta obraćala se pažnja i na najsitnije detalje, što je vidljivo po samim slikama projekta.

A special charm of this villa is the landscaped garden with a heated swimming pool with sun deck, as well as a space for relaxation on warm summer evenings.

In the development of the project, attention was paid to the smallest details, which can be seen in the pictures of the project.

Moderne Villa im Bau unweit von Porec

Quasi tutte le sue strade pulsano di vita in estate.
Non lontano dalla città di Parenzo sorgerà questo edificio residenziale attualmente in costruzione, concepito come una casa di lusso che occupa una superficie di 200 mq situata su un lotto di 873 mq, e si sviluppa su due piani - piano terra e primo piano.
