U blizini Kanfanara i prekrasnog Rovinja gradi se kompleks od devet mediteranskih vila sa bazenima. Vile su udaljene samo 4 kilometara od Istarskog ipsilona (autoputa). Udaljenost od većih gradova kao Pule je 30 km a od Rovinja svega 20 km, što stanovnicima pruža blizinu urbanim sredinama i moru ali uz istodobnu mogućnost življenja u miru i tišini šarmantnog istarskog sela. Koncep kuća je orijentirane južno te su otvorene prema svjetlosti i suncu gotovo cijeli dan, uz istodobno osiguravanje maksimalne privatnosti svake pojedinačne kuće.

Važno je napomenuti da će kuća biti građena u tipičnom istarskom stilu gdje će se naglasak staviti na materijale sa kojima su se takve kuće gradile nekada u prošlosti. Krovište će biti drveno sa izolacijom od kamene vune, crijep istarska kupa. Demit fasada debljine 10 cm koja dolazi na pročelje u kombinaciji sa kamenom. Podno grijanje planirano je u prizemlju i na katu. Hlađenje će biti regulirano klima uređajima (svaka soba + dnevni).

Parcela se prostire na 775 m2, te neto kvadratura stambenog prostora iznosi 192 m2. Dimenzije bazena iznose 32 m2, plaža bazena obložena je kamenom. Natkriveni parking za dva automobila biti će popločen tlakavcem. Ulazna kapija (portun) u naselje regulirana je elektro motorom sa daljinskim upravljačem.

Unutarnja i vanjska stolarija biti će drvena kako bi se zadržao autohtoni izgled tipičnih istarskih vila.
Okoliš će biti uređen, posađena trava i biljke sa navodnjavanjem. Planirani rok završetka izgradnje 2024.
Kuća će biti komplet uređena i završena sa montiranom vanjskom rasvjetom. Namještaj nije uključen u cijenu.

Razgled nekretnine moguć je uz potpis ugovora o posredovanju koji je temelj za sve daljnje radnje vezane za kupoprodaju, sve sukladno Zakonu o posredovanju u prometu nekretnina.
