U prizemlju, kojeg karakteriziraju veliki ovalni prozori, dnevni boravak s blagovaonicom poziva na okupljanje s obitelji ili prijateljima. Koncept otvorene kuhinje koja je povezana sa blagovaonicom nudi sve za pripremu ukusnih jela. Kuhinja je kompletno opremljena.
U prizemlju se također nalaze dvije spavaće sobe s udobnim krevetima te prostrana kupaonica i gostinjski wc. Željela bih naglasiti prostranost ove kupaonica koja odiše luksuzom.
