The largest apartment measures 104 m2, while the smallest is 39 m2. The apartments are rented out throughout the year, with fully booked dates during the summer months. The estate is located in the village of Podlug, near Benkovac, the center of Ravni Kotari, only one kilometer from the A1 highway.

Podlug and the entire Benkovac area have recorded a steady increase in tourist overnight stays and tourist rental properties in recent years, supported by the fact that the small village of Podlug currently has more than 30 holiday homes, 26 of which include swimming pools in their offer.

The location of this estate is ideal as a base for exploring the entire northern and southern Dalmatia, and even beyond. The regional center of Zadar, a city rich in cultural and historical heritage, is only 27 km away. Biograd na Moru and nearby towns are less than 17 km away. The nearest organized beach is 15 km away. For freshwater fishing enthusiasts, Vransko Lake is 12 km away. Three Croatian national parks are only a half-hour to an hour's drive away. Plitvice Lakes National Park is 70 km away, Paklenica National Park is 49 km to the north, and Krka National Park is just 38 km away.
