not far from Marčana, in a small town in the central part of Istria, we are selling a new house with a swimming pool. This new house is surrounded by farms and family houses and mostly greenery, while the distance from all facilities is only a few minutes' drive, given the central location. The distance from the first beaches and the sea is approx. 10 km, while for those who want to experience a real touristic atmosphere, there is the beautiful Fažana at approx. 14 km or Pula at approx. 16 km.

non lontano da Marčana, in un piccolo paese nella parte centrale dell'Istria, vendiamo una nuova casa con piscina. Questa nuova casa è circondata da fattorie e case familiari e soprattutto verde, mentre la distanza da tutti i servizi è di pochi minuti di auto, data la posizione centrale. La distanza dalle prime spiagge e dal mare è di circa 10 km, mentre per coloro che vogliono vivere una vera atmosfera turistica, c'è la bellissima Fasana a circa 14 km o Pola a circa 16 km.
