The price includes an additional gas refrigerator. The boiler is gas, as is the heater and stove in the kitchen. The house has 2 water tanks of 1,000 liters each (2,000 in total) and organized water supply to the tanks as needed. Water is in pipes in the bathroom, kitchen and garden. Access to the sea is on foot through the forest or by car and the main road for a few minutes. The house has its own parking lot in front as well as a small garden with herbs.

Nel prezzo è compreso un ulteriore frigorifero a gas. La caldaia è a gas, così come la stufa e il fornello in cucina. La casa dispone di 2 serbatoi d'acqua da 1.000 litri ciascuno (2.000 in totale) e ha organizzato l'approvvigionamento idrico ai serbatoi secondo necessità. L'acqua è nelle tubature del bagno, della cucina e del giardino. L'accesso al mare è a piedi attraverso il bosco oppure in macchina e percorrendo la strada principale per pochi minuti. La casa ha il proprio parcheggio davanti e un piccolo giardino con erbe aromatiche.
