građevine ili postrojenja za korištenje alternativnih izvora energije (solarne elektrane, vjetroturbine
itd.), te za alternativne načine prikupljanja / pročišćavanja voda, parkirališne površine, višeetažne
garaže, montažno – demontažne garažne kuće, benzinske postaje, građevine sportsko-rekreacijske
namjene, te uređivati javne zelene površine, kao i postavljati urbana oprema.

Lokacija zemljišta je interesantna zbog blizine Istarskog Ipsilona. Istarski Ipsilona nalazi se samo na 2 km od zemljišta.
