U prizemlju se nalazi dnevni boravak s blagovaonicom, koji se prema potrebi može prenamijeniti u dodatnu spavaću sobu, te kuhinja. Unutarnje stepenice vode na prvi kat, gdje su smještene dvije spavaće sobe, u jednoj sobi je bračni krevet, a u drugoj jednostruki, i kupaonica. Obje sobe imaju izlaz na vlastiti balkon, što pruža dodatnu privatnost i osjećaj prostora.

Na drugom katu nalaze se još dvije spavaće sobe i kupaonica, također i ove sobe imaju izlaz na vlastite balkone. Na samom vrhu kuće nalazi se prostrana terasa s panoramskim pogledom na more, idealna za opuštanje i uživanje u zalascima sunca. Beide Zimmer verfügen über einen eigenen Balkon, was zusätzliche Privatsphäre und ein großzügiges Raumgefühl bietet.

Im zweiten Stock befinden sich zwei weitere Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer, auch diese Zimmer haben Zugang zu eigenen Balkonen. Ganz oben im Haus gibt es eine geräumige Terrasse mit Panoramablick auf das Meer – ideal zum Entspannen und Genießen des Sonnenuntergangs. Im Innenhof des Hauses befinden sich zwei Abstellräume, einer davon ist mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet.

Die Beheizung erfolgt über einen Pelletofen. Das Haus wird ausschließlich langfristig vermietet, für mindestens ein Jahr, mit einer obligatorischen Kaution in Höhe von zwei Monatsmieten.

Si affitta una casa nel pieno centro di Crikvenica, situata in una posizione estremamente attraente, a soli 100 metri dal mare e dalla passeggiata. La casa è composta da piano terra, primo e secondo piano. Al piano terra si trovano un soggiorno con sala da pranzo, che all'occorrenza può essere trasformato in una camera da letto aggiuntiva, e una cucina. Le scale interne conducono al primo piano, dove ci sono due camere da letto—una con letto matrimoniale e l'altra con letto singolo—e un bagno. Entrambe le camere dispongono di un proprio balcone, offrendo ulteriore privacy e una sensazione di spazio.

Al secondo piano si trovano altre due camere da letto e un bagno; anche queste camere hanno accesso ai propri balconi. All'ultimo piano della casa si trova un'ampia terrazza con vista panoramica sul mare, ideale per rilassarsi e godersi il tramonto. Nel cortile ci sono due ripostigli, uno dei quali è dotato di lavatrice.
