Ova predivna kuća nalazi se u vrlo malom i izrazito mirnom mjestu u okolici Vižinade, udaljena je od mora 15 km, a od centra Vižinade 3 km. U susjedstvu se nalaze svega nekolika kuća, neke obiteljske stambene, neke kuće za odmor. Inače je mjesto okruženo prirodom, vinogradima i maslinicima.

This beautiful house is located in a very small and very quiet place near Vižinada, 15 km from the sea and 3 km from the center of Vižinada. There are only a few houses in the neighborhood, some family residential, some holiday homes. Otherwise, the place is surrounded by nature, vineyards and olive groves.

The house consists of a ground floor and an upper floor.
On the ground floor there is a spacious open living room with kitchen and dining area, one bedroom with its own private bathroom and a separate guest toilet and storage room. From all rooms there is direct access to the terrace, which is partially covered and located next to the pool and sunbathing area.
On the first floor of the house there are three more bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and each with access to a balcony overlooking the garden and pool. Two of the balconies are covered, while one is open.

Outside area:
In front of the house, at the entrance, there is a paved parking lot for two to three vehicles, while behind the house there is a large 40 m2 swimming pool with a sunbathing area and an outdoor shower. Lage des Hauses:
Dieses hübsche Haus befindet sich in einem sehr kleinen und äußerst ruhigen Ort in der Nähe von Vižinada, 15 km vom Meer und 3 km vom Zentrum von Vižinada entfernt. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es nur wenige Häuser, einige davon sind Einfamilienhäuser, einige Ferienhäuser. Ansonsten ist der Ort von Natur, Weinbergen und Olivenhainen umgeben.

Vor dem Haus, im Eingangsbereich, befindet sich ein gepflasterter Parkplatz für zwei bis drei Fahrzeuge. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein 40 m² großer Pool mit Liegewiese und Außendusche. Das restliche Grundstück ist als Garten mit Rasen und Zierpflanzen angelegt und komplett eingezäunt.

Ausstattung:
Im Wohnzimmer wurden die Leitungen für eine Fußbodenheizung installiert (noch nicht angeschlossen), während in den Badezimmern die Fußbodenheizung in Betrieb ist. Zusätzlich gibt es in jedem Zimmer Klimaanlagen zum Heizen und Kühlen sowie einen Holzofen im Wohnzimmer.
