Die drei Gebäude (Haupthaus und zwei Erdgeschoss-Apartments) sind U-förmig angeordnet. Zwischen ihnen befindet sich ein Swimmingpool mit großzügigem Liegebereich. Der 45 m² große Pool enthält Salzwasser, ist beheizt und verfügt über eine spezielle Wellenfunktion. Am Liegebereich befindet sich außerdem eine Sommerküche mit einem gemauerten Grill.
Der restliche Außenbereich ist im mediterranen Stil mit dekorativen Pflanzen gestaltet.

Vor dem Haus befindet sich ein großer privater Parkplatz für bis zu fünf Fahrzeuge.
