Dodatno, u prizemlju će biti smješten WC s ulazom s vanjske strane.

Ostalo:
Budući da je parcela velika, ima dovoljno mjesta za izgradnju bazena ili drugog popratnog sadržaja. Zemljište ima blagi pad prema jugozapadu i stoga se pruža pogled na more.
Priključci za vodu i struju su na udaljenosti od nekoliko metara.

Über eine Innentreppe gelangt man in den ersten Stock, wo sich ein großzügiges offenes Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Essbereich, ein Arbeitszimmer, ein Bad und ein Abstellraum sowie eine große offene Terrasse bzw. Balkon befinden würden. Der Balkon wäre über eine Außentreppe mit dem Garten verbunden.
Zusätzlich ist im Erdgeschoss eine Toilette mit Zugang von außen vorgesehen.

Sonstiges:
Da das Grundstück groß ist, gibt es genügend Platz, um einen Pool oder andere Nebenanlagen zu bauen. Das Grundstück hat eine leichte Neigung Richtung Südwesten auf und bietet somit einen Blick auf das Meer.
Wasser- und Stromanschlüsse sind wenige Meter entfernt.
