This lovely semi-detached house is located on the edge of a small quiet place in the vicinity of Poreč, it is only 1.1 km from the sea and 10 km from the city of Poreč. The town has a good infrastructure with supermarkets and restaurants. There are mostly private holiday homes in the neighborhood.

Layout of rooms:
The house consists of a ground floor and a first floor.
On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, an open living room with kitchen and dining area, one bedroom and a storage room. From the living room and dining room there is an exit to the covered terrace and the sun deck by the pool. In front of the entrance on the outside, there is additionally an external storage room which is currently used as a laundry room.
There are two more bedrooms on the first floor, and each room has a walk-in closet and its own private bathroom, as well as access to a common, spacious covered terrace. From the terrace, via external stairs, there is direct access to the garden and pool.

Outside area:
Behind the house there is a swimming pool with a paved sunbathing area as well as a covered terrace with a brick barbecue. There is an outdoor shower next to the pool. The land is fenced on all sides, mostly with a hedge, and therefore offers a lot of privacy.

Lage des Hauses:
Diese hübsche Doppelhaushälfte liegt am Rande eines kleinen ruhigen Ortes in der Nähe von Poreč, nur 1,1 km vom Meer und 10 km von der Stadt Poreč entfernt.
