External and internal doors are made of solid wood and there is a floor heating in the whole villa. The area is beautifully decorated with stones and a lot of olive trees all over the field. On the ground floor we have kitchen with dining room, a large living room, storage room, toilet and a big room with its own bathroom. On the second floor two big bedrooms with bathrooms and terraces are situated. Tavern and wine cellar are placed in the basement. The whole plot is surrounded by fence made of drywall and reinforced concrete.
Distance from the sea is 15km, which is also the distance from Pula.
