Six months ago, new Gealan PVC exterior joinery – side and roof windows, exterior entrance doors were replaced/installed on the house, and in mid-July this year a new aluminum fence with a sliding gate for access to the yard and garage was installed along the street. The house-building is registered and harmonized in the land registers (cadastre and land registry) without any encumbrances or notes under the name of a private person 1/1. The approval of the Partitioning Study of special parts by the City Office for Spatial Planning is pending, for four four-room apartments – one on each floor, which can be used in practice as a single unit or as two two-room apartments of approximately 50 m2 each with separate entrances. The house-building has been rented out for years as two-room apartments left/right as shown in the floor plan markings attached.
