 Projektom je predviđena instalacija kućnog telefona za uspostavu audio-video veze između pozivnog tabloa i kućnih telefona unutar objekta. Sustav je sastavljen od pozivnih tabloa sa ugrađenom automatskom rasvjetom, govornog uređaja u objektu te s el. bravom na ulaznim vratima.
U zgradu će biti ugrađeno dizalo koje kreće od garaže do zadnjeg tj. 2kata.

Unutarnja stolarija izvodit će se kao drvena visina do stropa.

The construction of a detached residential building in Jordanovac is underway . The building will have 9 residential units on 3 above - ground floors .
