In the surroundings of Buzet, 7 km from the town (27 km from Koper and the sea), this renovated, semi-detached Istrian stone house is located in an exceptionally peaceful area, slightly elevated with an open view to the south.
The house has a total area of 150 m² spread over two floors. The ground floor features a small entrance hall leading into the original kitchen, which retains its usable and well-preserved equipment. The hall also leads to the bathroom and into a kitchen area that opens into a spacious living room.
Stairs from the hall lead to the first floor where there are two bedrooms.
Above the entire living room is a large room accessed by a foldable staircase.
The total land area is approximately 807 m², of which about 400 m² is a fenced yard.
In the yard, next to the house, there is also a stone-built storage room of about 10 m².
This is one of the rare preserved and renovated houses where original construction and design elements are exceptionally well maintained.

In der Umgebung von Buzet, 7 km von der Stadt entfernt (27 km von Koper und dem Meer), befindet sich dieses renovierte, doppelseitige istrische Steinhaus an einem äußerst ruhigen Ort, leicht erhöht gelegen mit offenem Blick nach Süden.
Das Haus hat eine Fläche von 150 m², verteilt auf zwei Etagen. Im Erdgeschoss gelangt man durch einen kleinen Vorraum in die ursprüngliche Küche mit gut erhaltener und gebrauchsfähiger Ausstattung. Vom Vorraum führt der Weg auch ins Badezimmer und weiter in die Küche, von der aus man in das große Wohnzimmer gelangt.

Nei dintorni di Buzet, a 7 km dalla città (27 km da Capodistria e dal mare), si trova questa casa istriana in pietra ristrutturata, bifamiliare, in una zona estremamente tranquilla, leggermente rialzata, con vista aperta verso sud.
La casa si estende su due piani per un totale di 150 m². Al piano terra si accede tramite un piccolo ingresso che conduce alla cucina originale, dotata di attrezzature ben conservate e funzionanti. Dal disimpegno si accede anche al bagno e alla cucina, che si apre su un ampio soggiorno.
Dallo stesso ingresso una scala porta al primo piano, dove si trovano due camere da letto.
Sopra il soggiorno si trova una grande stanza accessibile tramite scala retrattile.
Il terreno ha una superficie totale di circa 807 m², di cui circa 400 m² sono un cortile recintato.
Nel cortile, accanto alla casa, si trova anche un ripostiglio in pietra di circa 10 m².
