Die Zimmerei im ganzen Haus besteht aus Aluminium mit dreischichtigem Glas, um die Schall- und Temperaturisolierung im Haus zu maximieren.
Bemerkenswert ist auch, dass die Lavandins handgefertigt sind, die Treppen aus Eisen sind, während die Böden in allen Räumen aus echten Holz sind und italienischen Fliesen aus Keramik.

Casa Rovinj

Nel tranquillo villaggio di Kanfanaru, a 15 minuti di auto dalla città di Rovigno e dalle spiagge di Rovigno, si trova questa bellissima villa per vacanze con piscina.

Il riscaldamento è a pavimento con termosifoni centralizzati ed è presente anche una caldaia da 300 litri per l'acqua calda. La casa dispone inoltre di un sistema di aspirazione centralizzato con prese d'aria in tutti gli ambienti per una facile pulizia. Ci sono condizionatori d'aria in tutte le stanze (5 condizionatori d'aria).
La carpenteria in tutta la casa è in alluminio con vetro a triplo strato per massimizzare l'isolamento acustico e termico della casa.
