Vanjska stolarija je kombinacija PVC-Aluminij, a unutarnja je izrađena od hrastovog drveta.

Con molta attenzione e amore nel 2013 è stata costruita una bellissima villa su una collina a Visinada per l'affitto turistico. In totale, ha una superficie utile netta di 219 m2 (appartamento 186 m2 + ripostiglio 33 m2), su un terreno a cascata di 666 m2.

La specificità della posizione è la bellissima vista aperta sulla natura, Montona, la valle del fiume Quieto, Grisignana e tutte le colline circostanti, mentre la specificità della casa stessa è la qualità della costruzione e l'adattamento per le persone con disabilità (piano terra , giardino e piscina).
