PIROVAC – KUĆA SA DVA STANA I BAZENOM U BOROVOJ ŠUMI

Pirovac je živopisno mjesto koje je priroda obdarila smještajući ga na obalu između mora i Vranskog jezera. Nalazi se u zaljevu kojeg karakterizira neobična činjenica da je more unutar njega 4 stupnja toplije od prosjeka Jadranskog mora. Na ovom području dominira blaga klima koja omogućava lijepa, topla ljeta i blage zime. Obalu ocrtava njena razvedenost sa brojnim uvalama u kojima su se smjestile kristalno čiste kamene i šljunčane plaže i otoci na čijem arhipelagu se smjestio Nacionalni park "Kornati". Ovo je mjesto koje će vam omogućiti da se sami zaputite u otkrivanje skrivenih ljepota. Šetnje prekrasnom prirodom, biciklističke vožnje, bavljenje sportskim i rekreacijskim aktivnostima, jedrenje, ronjenje, upoznavanje povijesno-kulturnih starina, dalmatinskih specijaliteta... brojne su mogućnosti za ugodan odmor i uživanje.
Tu nedaleko (1500 metara) mora i centra grada u borovoj šumi smjestila se ova krasna kuća koja se sastoji od dva stana.

Kuća je namještena i nalazi se u borovoj šumi s bazenom veličine cca 3,5x5,5m (18m2) i dva parkirna mjesta.

Kuća ima dvije odvojene etaže od 50m2 sa istim rasporedom (tri sobe, kuhinja i kupaona), a svaka etaža ima svoju natkrivenu terasu od 15m2.

Uz kuću se nalazi i pomoćni objekt (13m2), te dva zidana roštilja, vanjski WC i tuš.

Adaptirana je 2017.g. godine (stavljen limeni pokrov, adaptirana donja etaža, izgrađen bazen i pomoćni objekt) i u vrlo je dobrom stanju. Nalazi se 1,5km od mora usred prekrasne borove šume, na jako mirnoj lokaciji i jednostavno je odmor za dušu.

Vlasništvo je čisto 1/1 i bez tereta, posjedujemo Građevinsku dozvolu i Potvrdu o završnom izvješću nadzornog inženjera tako da uporabna dozvola nije potrebna.

Donja etaža je registrirana kao kuća za odmor (4 zvjezdice) i iznajmljuje se već više godina.

The house is furnished and is located in a pine forest with a pool of approx. 3.5x5.5m (18m2) and two parking spaces.

The house has two separate floors of 50m2 with the same layout (three rooms, kitchen and bathroom), and each floor has its own covered terrace of 15m2.

Next to the house there is an auxiliary building (13m2), as well as two brick barbecues, an outdoor toilet and a shower.

It was adapted in 2017. year (tin sheeting installed, lower floor adapted, swimming pool and auxiliary facility built) and is in very good condition. It is located 1.5 km from the sea in the middle of a beautiful pine forest, in a very quiet location and is simply a rest for the soul.

Das Haus verfügt über zwei separate Etagen von 50 m² mit der gleichen Aufteilung (drei Zimmer, Küche und Bad) und jede Etage verfügt über eine eigene überdachte Terrasse von 15 m².

Neben dem Haus gibt es ein Nebengebäude (13m2), sowie zwei gemauerte Grills, eine Außentoilette und eine Dusche.
