Na mirnoj lokaciji u Brodarici nalazi se lijepa samostojeća kuća katnosti suteren+prizemlje+ 1. kat (galerija).
Kuća se sastoji od 5 spavaćih soba, od toga dvije s vlastitom kupaonicom, 3 dnevna boravka s kuhinjom i blagovaonicom. U jednom je ložište i profesionalna peć za pizzu (krušna peć). U kući su ukupno 4 kupaonice i dva WC-a.
U stambeni prostor se može pristupiti na glavni ulaz i na dva pomoćna pa se po potrebi funkcionalno pretvara u 3 zasebna stana s posebnim ulazima.
Kuća ima podno grijanje koje može raditi preko kamina na drva u glavnom dnevnom boravku ili na struju preko toplinske pumpe, uz ispomoć solarnih kolektora koji primarno griju sanitarnu vodu.

Stolarija je od troslojnog lameliranog drva (ariš) s aluminijskim griljama. Na krov su postavljeni fotonaponski kolektori za vlastitu proizvodnju struje uz ugovor za prodaju viška energije. Izvedena je i instalacija za postavu vjetrene turbine na krov.
Uz kuću se nalazi i gusterna za kišnicu kapaciteta 100.000 litara.
U dvorištu kuće je smješten bazen površine 51m2. Bazen se puni preko bušotine u zemlji u kojoj se miješa slatka i morska voda (boćata). Površina uređene i ograđene parcele je 975m2 , vrt krasi 14 raznih voćki (smokva,maslina, …). Udaljenost do mora i plaže je 350m.

The living space can be accessed from the main entrance and two auxiliary ones, so it can be functionally converted into 3 separate apartments with separate entrances if necessary.
The house has floor heating that can work via a wood-burning fireplace in the main living room or via electricity via heat pump, with the help of solar collectors that primarily heat sanitary water.
The house also includes a garage, engine room and tavern (pantry).
The carpentry is made of three-layer laminated wood (larch) with aluminum shutters. Photovoltaic collectors are installed on the roof for own electricity production with a contract for the sale of excess energy. The installation for placing a wind turbine on the roof was also carried out.
Next to the house there is a rainwater tank with a capacity of 100,000 liters.
In the yard of the house there is a swimming pool with an area of 51sqm. The pool is filled through a well in the ground where fresh and sea water (brackish) is mixed. The area of the landscaped and fenced plot is 975sqm, the garden is decorated with 14 different fruit trees (fig, olive, ...). Distance to the sea and beach is 350m.

Das Haus besteht aus 5 Schlafzimmern, zwei davon mit eigenem Bad, 3 Wohnzimmern mit Küche und Esszimmer. Eines verfügt über einen Kamin und einen professionellen Pizza-/Brotbackofen. Es gibt insgesamt 4 Badezimmer und zwei Toiletten im Haus.
Der Wohnraum ist über den Haupteingang und zwei Nebeneingänge zugänglich und kann daher bei Bedarf funktionell in 3 separate Wohnungen mit separaten Eingängen umgewandelt werden.
Das Haus verfügt über Fußbodenheizung, die über den Holzkamin im Hauptwohnzimmer oder über Strom per Wärmepumpe betrieben werden kann. Mit Hilfe von Sonnenkollektoren wird das Brauchwasser erwärmt.
Zum Haus gehören außerdem eine Garage, ein Heizungsraum und eine Taverne.
Die Zimmerei besteht aus Schichtholz (Lärche) mit Aluminium-Fensterläden. Auf dem Dach werden Photovoltaik-Kollektoren zur Eigenstromproduktion mit Vertrag zum Verkauf der überschüssigen Energie installiert. Außerdem wurde die Installation zur Platzierung einer Windkraftanlage auf dem Dach durchgeführt.

Im Hof des Hauses gibt es einen Swimmingpool von 51qm. Der Pool wird durch einen Brunnen in der Erde, in dem Süß- und Meerwasser (Brackwasser) gemischt werden, gefüllt. Die Fläche des angelegten und eingezäunten Grundstücks beträgt 975qm, der Garten ist mit 14 verschiedenen Obstbäumen (Feigen, Oliven, ...) kultiviert. Die Entfernung zum Meer und Strand beträgt 350m.
