According to the urban development plan, the land belongs to the built-up part of the construction area marked S - residential use, however, due to its insufficient width, it does not meet the requirements for obtaining a building permit. The land is sloping, irregular in shape, the width of the access asphalt road is only 7m, while the length of the land is approx. 74m. The field has not been cleared, and there are low plants and bushes on the field. The complete infrastructure is in the immediate vicinity of the field. The sea/beach is 150 m away, and the town center is 350 m away.
