Das Haus hat vor dem Haus einen Garten mit Palmen, und neben dem Haus befindet sich ein kleineres Haus auf dem Grundstück des Eigentümers, in dem sich der Eigentümer gelegentlich aufhält. Zusätzliche Einrichtungen für Kinder und Erwachsene machen Ihren Urlaub abwechslungsreich und aktiv. This beautiful family house with a swimming pool is located in the small town of Kapelica near the town of Labin. The house has a small kitchen on the ground floor and a spacious living room with an indoor fireplace. On the ground floor, there is also one bedroom that is separated from the living room with a sliding wall. Upstairs, the house has four more bedrooms and a kitchen, dining room, and living room. From the two bedrooms, guests can go out to a nice veranda. The house has a garden in front of the house with palm trees, and to the side of the house, there is a smaller house on the owner's property where the owner stays occasionally. Additional facilities for children and adults will make your vacation fun and active. The house is very comfortable and is only a ten-minute drive from the most beautiful beaches in Istria - in Rabac, from where you can go on some of the boat trips, and a visit to the old town of Labin, the venue for numerous summer cultural events, is also a must.
