Ližnjan je ribarsko selo s prirodno zaštićenom lukom smješteno na malom poluotoku na samom jugu Istre. Mjesto promatra čisto modro more i Kvarnerske otoke u svojoj punoj ljepoti. Two beautiful villas with pool, Šišan

Ližnjan is a fishing village with a naturally protected harbor located on a small peninsula south of Istria. The place observes the clear blue sea and the Kvarner islands in their full beauty. On its southwest side, it borders the municipality of Medulin, on the west with the city of Pula, and the north side with the municipality of Marčana.

We offer these two beautiful villas near Liznjan. Each of these villas has its swimming pool, garden house, children's park, and a yard with several covered parking spaces. Villas are both sold fully furnished.

Zwei schöne Villen mit Pool, Šišan

Ližnjan ist ein Fischerdorf mit einem natürlich geschützten Hafen auf einer kleinen Halbinsel südlich von Istrien. Der Ort beobachtet das klare blaue Meer und die Kvarner-Inseln in ihrer vollen Schönheit. An seiner Südwestseite grenzt es an die Gemeinde Medulin, im Westen an die Stadt Pula und an der Nordseite an die Gemeinde Marčana.

Due belle ville con piscina, Šišan

Ližnjan è un villaggio di pescatori con un porto naturale protetto situato su una piccola penisola a sud dell'Istria. Il luogo osserva il mare cristallino e le isole del Quarnero in tutta la loro bellezza. Sul lato sud-ovest confina con il comune di Medulin, a ovest con la città di Pula ea nord con il comune di Marčana.

Offriamo queste due bellissime ville vicino a Liznjan. Ognuna di queste ville è dotata di piscina, casetta giardino, parco giochi per bambini e cortile con diversi posti auto coperti. Le ville vengono vendute entrambe completamente arredate.
