S travnjaka uz župnu crkvu, kao s kakve svečane lože, otvara se širok, zacijelo naljepši pogled na prostran krajobraz brdovite Istre koja se na horizontu stapa s visovima ponosite Učke.

Today, Gračišće is the center of the municipality of the same name, which covers about 60 square kilometers. Heute ist Gračišće das Zentrum der gleichnamigen Gemeinde, die etwa 60 Quadratkilometer umfasst. Von der Wiese neben der Pfarrkirche öffnet sich wie von einer Art feierlicher Loge ein weiter, sicherlich der schönste Blick auf die weite Landschaft des hügeligen Istriens, die am Horizont mit den Höhen der stolzen Učka verschmilzt.

In dieser schönen Stadt steht ein Grundstück mit 90 Olivenbäumen zum Verkauf. Neben den Olivenbäumen gibt es auf dem Grundstück auch einen kleinen Weinberg und mehrere Obstbäume.

Die Zufahrtsstraße liegt direkt neben der Hauptstraße.

La bellezza e l'unicità dei monumenti del patrimonio culturale e storico nel paesaggio preservato sono il più grande valore di Gračišće, che attira ogni giorno persone sempre più curiose, non solo alla Fiera del vino dell'Istria centrale, a Vidova o al Festival dell'armonica, ma anche ai visitatori sempre più assidui fin dall'antichità alimentano la città con la tranquillità che emanano le strade. Dal prato accanto alla chiesa parrocchiale, come da una specie di loggia solenne, si apre una vista ampia, sicuramente la più bella, del vasto paesaggio collinare dell'Istria, che si confonde all'orizzonte con le alture dell'orgoglioso Učka.

In questa bellissima cittadina è in vendita un appezzamento di terreno con 90 ulivi. Oltre agli ulivi, sul terreno c'è anche un piccolo vigneto e diversi alberi da frutto.

La strada di accesso è proprio accanto alla strada principale.
