PARCELA NA BREŽULJKU

Na uzvišenom položaju, s kojeg se pruža očaravajući pogled na okolicu i valovite zelene brežuljke, smjestila se ova prostrana parcela. Budući da se nalazi na samom rubu naselja, lokacija pruža izniman mir, privatnost i gotovo potpuni izostanak prometa.
 
Pristup parceli moguć je s dvije strane: asfaltiranom cestom s donje strane te makadamskim putem s gornje strane. Kroz jedan dio zemljišta prolazi dalekovod, no to ne predstavlja prepreku za izgradnju kuće ili dodatnih objekata na ovom velikom i raznolikom terenu.
 
O MJESTU
Šušnjevica je malo, ali povijesno bogato selo smješteno u istočnom dijelu Istarske županije, u općini Kršan.
 
Njegova povijest seže sve do prapovijesnog i rimskog doba, a nekoć je pripadalo gospoštiji Kožljak. Prvi pisani spomen sela datira iz 1340. godine. Godine 1922., za vrijeme talijanske uprave, Šušnjevica je postala središte općine zahvaljujući svom jedinstvenom jeziku i kulturnom podrijetlu.
 
Danas je selo poznato po godišnjem festivalu “Fešta od Šušnjevice”, manifestaciji posvećenoj očuvanju istrorumunjskog jezika, tradicije i običaja. Posjetitelji mogu uživati u tradicionalnoj glazbi, plesovima, nošnjama, lokalnoj gastronomiji i rukotvorinama, što festival čini posebnim kulturnim doživljajem.

LAND PLOT ON A HILL

Situated on an elevated position offering a captivating view of the surroundings and the rolling green hills, this spacious plot of land provides a truly exceptional setting. Located on the edge of the village, it offers remarkable peace, privacy, and virtually no traffic.
 
The plot is accessible from two sides: via an asphalt road from the lower side and a gravel road from the upper side. A power line crosses part of the land, but it does not pose an obstacle for building a house or additional structures on this expansive property.
 
About the Location
Šušnjevica is a small village in the eastern part of the Istria County, within the municipality of Kršan.
 
Its history reaches back to prehistoric and Roman times, and it was once part of the Kožljak estate. The first written mention of the village dates to 1340. In 1922, during Italian administration, it became the center of the municipality due to its unique language and cultural heritage.
 
Today, the village is known for its annual festival “Fešta od Šušnjevice,” dedicated to preserving the Istro-Romanian language, traditions, and customs. Visitors can enjoy traditional music, dances, costumes, local food, and handicrafts, making the festival a distinctive cultural experience.

Grundstück auf einem Hügel

Auf einer erhöhten Lage, von der sich ein bezaubernder Blick auf die Umgebung und die sanften grünen Hügel bietet, befindet sich dieses großzügige Grundstück. Da es sich am Rande des Dorfes befindet, genießt die Lage besondere Ruhe, Privatsphäre und nahezu keinen Verkehr.
 
Das Grundstück ist von zwei Seiten zugänglich: über eine asphaltierte Straße von unten und über einen Schotterweg von oben. Eine Stromleitung verläuft durch einen Teil des Grundstücks, stellt jedoch kein Hindernis für den Bau eines Hauses oder weiterer Gebäude auf diesem weitläufigen Gelände dar.
 
Über den Ort
Šušnjevica ist ein kleines Dorf im östlichen Teil der Gespanschaft Istrien, in der Gemeinde Kršan.
 
Die Geschichte des Dorfes reicht bis in die vorgeschichtliche und römische Zeit zurück, und es gehörte einst zur Herrschaft Kožljak. Die erste schriftliche Erwähnung stammt aus dem Jahr 1340. Im Jahr 1922, während der italienischen Verwaltung, wurde Šušnjevica aufgrund seiner besonderen Sprache und Herkunft zum Gemeindezentrum.
 
Heute ist das Dorf für das jährliche Festival „Fešta od Šušnjevice“ bekannt, das der Bewahrung der istrorumänischen Sprache, Traditionen und Kultur gewidmet ist.
