Na lijepoj i mirnoj lokaciji u Skradinu iznad centra smjestila se autohtona katnica. Blago strma lokacija omogućava prekrasan pogled na Skradin. Kuća se prostire kroz prizemlje, kat i visoko potkrovlje, te raspolaže sa oko 150m2 stambenog prostora. U prizemlju nalazimo hodnik, toalet, kuhinju sa blagovaonicom i dnevnim boravkom i stepenicama za kat. Iz kuhinje vodi izlaz u stražnje intimno dvorište gdje se nalazi terasa, ostava i stepenice koje vode također do kata. Kat raspolaže sa glavnom spavaćom sobom koja posjeduje svoju veliku kupaonicu, posebnim toaletom i izlazom na spomenutu terasu s pogledom na dvorište i na Skradin. U visokom potkrovlju su smještene dvije spavaće sobe, kupaonica, toalet, te hodnik sa radnim uredskim prostorom. Cijela kuća građena je i opremljena vrlo kvalitetno, od drvene stolarije sa griljama i komaricama, podova, keramike, sanitarija, centralnog grijanja pa do vanjske balkonske ograde od kovanog željeza. Kuća je kompletno namještena i uređena, s ukusom i u duhu autohtonosti.
Kuća ima pristup automobilom ali ne i parking. 
Šibenik je udaljen oko 10km, a blizina Nacionalnog parka Krka, Roškog slapa, otoka Visovca, kao nekih od točki interesa čine Skradin zanimljivim odabirom.
Moguć je isključivo dugoročni najam poslovnim ljudima i/ili tvrtkama.

In a beautiful and quiet location above the center of Skradin, there is an authentic two-story house. The gently sloping location offers a wonderful view of Skradin. The house spans approximately 150 m² of living space, distributed across the ground floor, first floor, and attic. On the ground floor, there is a hallway, a toilet, a kitchen with a dining area and living room, as well as stairs leading to the upper floor. From the kitchen, there is access to a private backyard with a terrace, storage room, and stairs leading to the upper floor.




On the first floor, there is a master bedroom that features a large bathroom, a separate toilet, and access to the mentioned terrace overlooking the backyard and Skradin. The attic contains two bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, and a hallway with a workspace. The entire house is built and equipped to a very high standard, with wooden joinery, flooring, ceramics, sanitary installations, central heating, and a wrought iron balcony railing.




The house has car access but no parking.




Šibenik is about 10 km away, and the proximity to Krka National Park, Roški Waterfall, and the island of Visovac makes Skradin an attractive choice.

Das Haus hat Zugang für Autos, jedoch keinen Parkplatz.
