Ovo predivno imanje nalazi se u izrazito mirnom, malenom selu 18 km od Poreča i isto toliko od mora.
Susjedstvo je mirno i uredno, sastoji se od obiteljskih kuća i nekoliko privatnih kuća za odmor. Inače je mjesto okruženo prirodom.

Prva je kuća samostojeća i sastoji se od suterena, visokog prizemlja, prvog kata te jedne prostorije u potkrovlju.
U suterenu se nalazi prostrana konoba s kaminom, malom pomoćnom kuhinjom i kompletno opremljenom kupaonicom. Ova konoba je zasebna prostorija u koju se ulazi direktno iz dvorišta kroz natkrivenu terasu.

Iza ove prve kuće se nalazi bazen sa sunčalištem i terasom. Kuća je opremljena centralnim grijanjem na drva, dodatno postoje klima uređaji za grijanje i hlađenje. U konobi postoji i otvoreni kamin. Ova kuća je bila renovirana 2006. godine, prodaje se potpuno namještena.

Druga kuća je dvojnica, s jedne strane je vezana za susjednu kuću, a sastoji se od prizemlja, prvog kata te drugog kata.
U prizemlju se nalaze konoba s kaminom i dva spremišta. Postavljeni su priključci za WC. S vanjske strane u prizemlju se nalazi garaža koja trenutno služi kao alatnica odnosno radna prostorija.

Er ist an drei Seiten mit Glaswänden geschlossen und von einer offenen Terrasse umgeben, die einen herrlichen 360°-Panoramablick auf die umliegende Stadt, die Hügel in der Ferne sowie das Meer bietet.

Hinter diesem ersten Haus befindet sich ein Swimmingpool mit Sonnenbereich und Terrasse. Das Haus ist mit einer Holzzentralheizung ausgestattet, außerdem gibt es Klimaanlagen zum Heizen und Kühlen. In der Taverne befindet sich ein offener Kamin. Dieses Haus wurde 2006 renoviert und wird voll möbliert verkauft.

Das zweite Haus ist eine Doppelhaushälfte, die an einer Seite an das Nachbarhaus angebunden ist, und aus Erdgeschoss, erstem Stock und zweitem Stock besteht.
Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich eine Taverne mit Kamin und zwei Abstellräume. Toilettenanschlüsse wurden gelegt. Von außen zugänglich, ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss, befindet sich eine Garage, die derzeit als Werkzeug- bzw. Arbeitsraum dient.

Das erste Obergeschoss besteht aus einem Eingangsbereich, einem Wohnzimmer mit Küche und überdachter Terrasse, einem großen Badezimmer und einem Schlafzimmer.

Im zweiten Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei weitere Schlafzimmer.

Vor dem Haus befinden sich ein alter Brunnen und ein Vordach, unter dem ein Fahrzeug geparkt und Brennholz gelagert werden kann.

Diese Doppelhaushälfte ist mit Klimaanlagen zum Heizen und Kühlen ausgestattet. In der Taverne des Erdgeschosses befindet sich ein Kamin, und im 1. Stock befindet sich ein Holzofen in der Küche. Die letzte Renovierung erfolgte 2008. Das Haus wird voll möbliert verkauft.

Außenbereich:
