Ova se predivna vila nalazi u mjestu u okolici Poreča, udaljena je od mora 7 km a od grada Poreča 12 km. Mjesto ima dobru infrastrukturu s marketima, restoranima i svim ostalim sadržajima za svakodnevni život. Budući da se kuća nalazi na uzvisini ima predivan otvoreni panoramski pogled na more, do Vrsara, Poreča i Novigrada, a kad je lijepo vrijeme pogled seže sve do Venecije.

Ovaj lijevi dio ima i dodatan, zasebni ulaz. Ispred kuće se nalaze veliki bazen sa sunčalištem. U nastavku na sunčalište nalazi se uređen lounge za opuštanje s ležaljkama, a koji se po potrebi može natkriti. Dodatno na okućnici postoji zidani roštilj te vrtna kućica u kojoj se drže alati. Ispred kuće je uredan otvoreni parking za nekoliko vozila. Ostatak okućnice uređen je s travnjakom i palmama. Cijelo zemljište je ograđeno.
