We are renting out furnished business premises with a nice view, situated in an attractive location in the city centre, on the fourth floor of a commercial building with a new lift and a terrace.
The floor area of the space is 315m2. It is possible to rent the entire space or divide it into smaller units according to the tenant's needs.
The space consists of a kitchen and several office rooms with a nice view, and it is equipped with air conditioners. There are sanitary facilities on each floor.
There is a possibility of keeping the current furniture, but also of rearranging it, and of refreshing the space, at the tenant's expense.
The tenant doesn't pay the service charge, i.e., the building maintenance fee. Fuel oil heating is included in the rental price.
