Fažana okolica, 38.650 m2 zemljišta turističke namjene

Za ovo zemljište postoji  Idejno rješenje arhitekata koji su na urbaniziranom dijelu zemljišta predvidjeli izgradnju jednog centralnog ugostiteljskog objekta – restorana, sa velikim stanom na katu zgrade, te 6 kuća dvojnica (12 kuća za odmor), ukupno 7 zgrada. Ovaj projekt je podložan promjenama, prema željama novog vlasnika. Ukoliko bi se ovi objekti istovremeno gradili, onda investitor može odmah pristupiti izdavanju građevinske dozvole.
 
Struja i voda nalaze se na 500 metara od zemljišta, a kanalizacija je na zemljištu. Trenutni pristup zemljištu je preko poljskog puta, ali je u blizini predviđena izgradnja lokalne ceste.

In the vicinity of Fažana, we are selling building land for tourist purposes with a total area of 20,000 m², along with agricultural land of approximately 18,650 m² adjacent to the edge of the mentioned land, making a total of 38,650 m² (51% urbanized for tourist purposes and 49% unurbanized, but the first row to urbanization) for a total price of 2.9 million EUR (approximately 75 EUR/m²).

In der Umgebung von Fažana verkaufen wir ein Baugrundstück für touristische Zwecke mit einer Gesamtfläche von 20.000 m², und angrenzend an das genannte Grundstück befindet sich auch ein landwirtschaftliches Grundstück mit einer Fläche von ca. 18.650 m², sodass insgesamt 38.650 m² verkauft werden (51 % urbanisiert für touristische Zwecke und 49 % nicht urbanisiert, jedoch in der ersten Reihe zur Urbanisierung) zu einem Gesamtpreis von 2,9 Mio.
