Zasađen vinograd i poljoprivredno zemljište u Bujama

Suvremena priča o Istri i vinu u mnogočemu je započela upravo na sjeverozapadu istarskog poluotoka. Ovdje su se pred 20-ak godina rodile neke od ideja koje su pomogle istarskom vinarstvu u eri velikog procvata koji je krenuo početkom 1990-ih kada su u starinsku proizvodnju uvedene nove tehnologije. Jedan od gradova poznat po vinima I vinarijama je I Buje.

U podnožju Buja prostire se I ovaj vinograd sa poljoprivrednim zemljištem na 8850 m2. Zasađen vinograd veličine je 6317 m2 (sorta malvazija) I pravilnog je oblika.

In many respects, the modern story of Istria and wine began precisely in the northwest of the Istrian peninsula. About 20 years ago, some of the ideas that helped Istrian winemaking in the era of great prosperity that started in the early 1990s, when new technologies were introduced into vintage production, were born here. One of the cities known for its wines and wineries is I Buje.

At the foot of Mount Buja, there is also this vineyard with 8,850 m2 of agricultural land. The planted vineyard is 6317 m2 (malvasia variety) and has a regular shape.

Bepflanzte Weinberge und landwirtschaftliche Flächen in Buje

In vielerlei Hinsicht begann die moderne Geschichte Istriens und des Weins genau im Nordwesten der Halbinsel Istrien. Vor etwa 20 Jahren wurden hier einige der Ideen geboren, die der istrischen Weinherstellung in der Ära des großen Wohlstands, die Anfang der 1990er Jahre begann, als neue Technologien in die Weinproduktion eingeführt wurden, halfen. Eine der für ihre Weine und Weingüter bekannten Städte ist I Buje.

Am Fuße des Berges Buja befindet sich auch dieser Weinberg mit 8.850 m2 landwirtschaftlicher Nutzfläche. Der bepflanzte Weinberg ist 6317 m2 groß (Malvasia-Sorte) und hat eine regelmäßige Form.

Per molti aspetti la storia moderna dell'Istria e del vino ha avuto inizio proprio nella parte nordoccidentale della penisola istriana. Circa 20 anni fa, qui sono nate alcune delle idee che hanno aiutato la vinificazione istriana nell'era di grande prosperità iniziata all'inizio degli anni '90, quando furono introdotte nuove tecnologie nella produzione vintage. Una delle città conosciute per i suoi vini e le sue cantine è I Buie.

Ai piedi del monte Buja si trova anche questo vigneto con 8.850 mq di terreno agricolo. Il vigneto impiantato è di 6317 mq (varietà malvasia) ed ha forma regolare.
