Barban, općina smještena na južnom dijelu istarskog poluotoka, poznata po dugogodišnjem njegovanju tradicije te po svojim manifestacijama od kojih je nadaleko poznata Trka na prstenac kao zaštitni znak općine. Općina je orijentirana prema istočnoj obali i prema Kvarnerskom zaljevu te stoga postaje poželjna za gradnju vila za odmor koje se smještaju na brežuljcima sa pogledom na Kvarner.

U manjem mjestu općine na velikoj okućnici prodaje se vila u izgradnji sa već izgrađenim pomoćnim objektom koji ima uhodani posao iznajmljivanja. Veća građevina odnosno kuća trenutno je u roh bau fazi te se sastoji od suterena, prizemlja i kata. Prema projektu svaki od ova tri kata komponiran je kao zasebna stambena jedinica sa vlastitim ulazima.

U suterenu se nalazi jedna spavaća soba, kupaonica. toalet, prostorija predviđena za praonicu te open space jedinica sa dnevnim boravkom, blagovaonom i kuhinjom. Prizemlje pa tako i kat će se sastojati od 2 spavaće sobe, od kojih će jedna imati svoju kupaonicu, od dodatne kupaonice, toaleta, te jednog većeg prostora gdje će se smjestiti dnevni boravak, blagovaona i kuhinja.

Manji, već izgrađeni objekt od 50 m2 se sastoji od jedne spavaće sobe, kupaonice, dnevnog boravka i kuhinje sa blagovaonom. Ispred ovog objekta nalazi se bazen sa sunčalištem, jacuzzi te vanjska terasa sa roštiljem i sjedečom garniturom. Građen je u tradicionalnom istarskom stilu te je tako i unutrašnjost uređena poštujući tradiciju te koristeći isti materijal i namještaj.
Kuća je klimatizirana te ima kamin za grijanje.

Ovaj objekt ima uhodani posao iznajmljivanja te se isti može nastaviti uz paralelni nastavak gradnje druge građevine na istoj okućnici.

The municipality is oriented towards the east coast and towards the Kvarner Bay and therefore becomes desirable for the construction of holiday villas located on the hills overlooking the Kvarner.

In a smaller town of the municipality, on a large plot, a villa under construction is for sale with an already built auxiliary facility that has a well-established rental business. The larger building or house is currently in the demolition phase and consists of a basement, ground floor and first floor. According to the project, each of these three floors is composed as a separate residential unit with its own entrances.

Barban, eine Gemeinde im südlichen Teil der Halbinsel Istrien, ist bekannt für ihre langjährige Tradition und ihre Veranstaltungen, von denen das Ringrennen weithin als Markenzeichen der Gemeinde bekannt ist. Die Gemeinde orientiert sich an der Ostküste und der Kvarner Bucht und ist daher für den Bau von Ferienvillen auf den Hügeln mit Blick auf die Kvarner begehrt.

In einem kleineren Ort der Gemeinde steht auf einem großen Grundstück eine im Bau befindliche Villa mit bereits errichteter Nebeneinrichtung zum Verkauf, die über ein etabliertes Vermietungsgeschäft verfügt. Das größere Gebäude bzw. Haus befindet sich derzeit in der Abrissphase und besteht aus Untergeschoss, Erdgeschoss und Obergeschoss. Jede dieser drei Etagen ist laut Projekt als separate Wohneinheit mit eigenen Eingängen komponiert.

Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer im Untergeschoss. WC, Raum für Waschküche und offene Raumeinheit mit Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Küche. Das Erdgeschoss und der erste Stock bestehen aus 2 Schlafzimmern, von denen eines ein eigenes Badezimmer haben wird, einem zusätzlichen Badezimmer, einer Toilette und einem größeren Raum, in dem sich das Wohnzimmer, das Esszimmer und die Küche befinden werden.

Ein kleineres, bereits gebautes Gebäude von 50 m2 besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer, Wohnzimmer und Küche mit Essbereich. Vor diesem Gebäude befindet sich ein Swimmingpool mit Liegewiese, Whirlpool und Außenterrasse mit Grill und Sitzgelegenheiten. Es wurde im traditionellen istrischen Stil erbaut, daher wurde das Innere unter Berücksichtigung der Tradition und unter Verwendung der gleichen Materialien und Möbel dekoriert.
Das Haus ist klimatisiert und verfügt über einen Kamin zum Heizen.

Diese Einrichtung verfügt über ein gut etabliertes Vermietungsgeschäft und kann mit der parallelen Fortsetzung des Baus eines weiteren Gebäudes auf demselben Grundstück fortgesetzt werden.

Barban, comune situato nella parte meridionale della penisola istriana, noto per la sua lunga tradizione e per i suoi eventi, di cui la corsa ad anello è ampiamente conosciuta come marchio di fabbrica del comune. Il comune è orientato verso la costa orientale e verso il Golfo del Quarnero e diventa quindi appetibile per la costruzione di ville per vacanze situate sulle colline che si affacciano sul Quarnero.

In una località più piccola del comune, su un ampio lotto, è in vendita una villa in costruzione con annesso impianto già realizzato che ha un'attività locativa ben avviata. L'edificio o abitazione più grande è attualmente in fase di demolizione ed è costituito da piano interrato, piano terra e primo piano. Secondo il progetto, ciascuno di questi tre piani è composto come un'unità residenziale separata con ingressi propri.

C'è una camera da letto e un bagno nel seminterrato. wc, locale destinato a lavanderia e unità open space con soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina. Il piano terra e il primo piano saranno composti da 2 camere da letto, una delle quali avrà il proprio bagno, un ulteriore bagno, un wc e uno spazio più ampio dove si troveranno il soggiorno, la sala da pranzo e la cucina.

Un edificio più piccolo, già costruito di 50 m2 è composto da una camera da letto, bagno, soggiorno e cucina con zona pranzo. Di fronte a questo edificio c'è una piscina con area prendisole, una vasca idromassaggio e una terrazza esterna con barbecue e posti a sedere. È stato costruito nel tradizionale stile istriano, quindi l'interno è stato decorato rispettando la tradizione e utilizzando gli stessi materiali e mobili.
La casa è climatizzata e dispone di un camino per il riscaldamento.

Questa struttura ha una consolidata attività di locazione e può essere continuata con la parallela prosecuzione della costruzione di un altro fabbricato sullo stesso lotto.
