The ground floor has a restaurant with about 60 seats, and additional 40 seats on the terrace. There are also all the accompanying rooms from the kitchen, reception, pantry and sanitary facilities. The hotel rooms are located on the first floor and in the high attic of the hotel, namely 18 rooms for two people and 4 rooms for 4 people. The hotel is decorated and maintained.
In front of the hotel there is a swimming pool measuring 11m x 5m, while behind the hotel is an auxiliary building with laundry room and a storage room with refrigerators. Next to the hotel there is also a large parking lot for guests. The sea and the beach are about 350m away, the center of Vodice is about 900m away.

Vor dem Hotel befindet sich ein 11m x 5m großer Swimmingpool, hinter dem Hotel ein Nebengebäude mit Waschküche und Lagerraum mit Kühlschränken. Außen gibt es einen großen Parkplatz für die Gäste. Das Meer und der Strand sind ca. 350m entfernt. Das Zentrum von Vodice ist ca. 900m weit.
