Kuća je izgrađena 2019.-te godine te se od tada uspješno iznajmljuje za boravak turista. Kuća se satoji od prizemlja i prvog kata.
Na prvom katu smještene su zajedničke prostorije , odnosno kuhinja, blagavaona te dnevni boravak, jedan gostinjski wc te jedna spavaća soba sa kupaonom.

Na vanjskom dijelu se nalazi bazen te ljetna terasa za ugodne boravke i druženja tijekom ljetnih vrućina. Okućnica kuće je kompletno ograđena te tako i prikladna za kućne ljubimce te uređena sa autohtonim biljkama.

Hlađenje i grijanje riješeno je klima uređajima, a tu je i unutarnji kamin za bolji ugođaj.

Pogled sa kata je jedinstven na netaknutu prirodnu baštinu.

Ova kamena kuća idealna je za boravak i život obitelji sa djecom i kućnim ljubimcima , ali i idelana za provesti godišnji odmor sa rodbinom pošto može primiti više obitelji .

In the vicinity of the town of Bale, a place that combines traditional life and modern life for the purpose of environmental development, we are selling a stone house with a swimming pool and a large garden.

The house was built in 2019 and has since been successfully rented out to tourists. The house consists of ground floor and first floor.

In der Nähe der Stadt Bale, einem Ort, der traditionelles Leben und modernes Leben zum Zwecke der Umweltentwicklung verbindet, verkaufen wir ein Steinhaus mit Swimmingpool und großem Garten.

Das Haus wurde 2019 gebaut und wird seitdem erfolgreich an Touristen vermietet. Das Haus besteht aus Erdgeschoss und Obergeschoss.

Kühlen und Heizen wird durch Klimaanlagen gelöst, und es gibt einen Innenkamin für eine bessere Atmosphäre.

Der Blick aus dem ersten Stock ist einzigartig auf das unberührte Naturerbe.

Nelle vicinanze del paese di Valle, luogo che unisce vita tradizionale e vita moderna ai fini dello sviluppo ambientale, vendiamo casa in pietra con piscina e ampio giardino.

La casa è stata costruita nel 2019 e da allora è stata affittata con successo ai turisti. La casa è composta da piano terra e primo piano.
Al primo piano ci sono le stanze comuni, cioè cucina, sala da pranzo e soggiorno, un bagno per gli ospiti e una camera da letto con bagno.
Una scala interna conduce al primo piano dove si trovano 4 moderne camere da letto, ciascuna con il proprio bagno.

All'esterno è presente una piscina e una terrazza estiva per piacevoli soggiorni e socializzazione durante la calura estiva. Il giardino della casa è completamente recintato e quindi adatto per animali domestici e decorato con piante autoctone.

Il raffreddamento e il riscaldamento sono risolti dai condizionatori d'aria e c'è un camino interno per una migliore atmosfera.

La vista dal primo piano è unica per il patrimonio naturale incontaminato.

Questa casa in pietra è ideale per il soggiorno e la vita di famiglie con bambini e animali domestici, ma ideale anche per trascorrere una vacanza con i parenti in quanto può ospitare più famiglie
