A fantastic building plot of 7.013 sqm located on a gentle slope of the town of Komiža on the southwestern part of the island of Vis, with a beautiful view encompassing the entire Komiža Bay, the island of Biševo and even shimmers of Italy's eastern coast on exceptionally clear days.
An arboretum with carob trees hundreds of years old covers more than half of the parcel, which also features a 22 square meter stone house and a water tank.

The parcel is 400 m away from the sea and 90 m away from the island highway, which can be reached directly from the parcel via a 4 meter wide gravel road suitable for vehicles of any size.

Connections for electricity and water supply are located cca 50 m from the parcel.
Eighty percent of the land is in the construction zone and the rest is agricultural. Regulations for construction are defined by the Urban Development Plan of the Town of Komiža, listed on the official town council pages: http://www.komiza.hr.

In the Urban Development Plan this parcel is located in the C6 zone – defined as Green zone housing (Stanovanje u zelenilu). It is therefore possible to build one or more objects which make one functional unit. Buildings can be designed as detached, detached low-rise or detached split-level objects. Building(s) cannot exceed 7.5 meters in height, and at least 50% of the parcel must remain a green area.
