The plot is out of the building zone (foreign nationals may acquire agricultural land only by setting up the company). 

On agricultural land sized over 30 thousand sqm within the protected maritime zone (1 km from the shore), a registered agricultural household can be built – a ground floor house sized up to 400 sqm gross, not higher than 5 meters and not closer than 100 meters from the sea.
