We are renting out a beautiful and modernly furnished three-bedroom flat located on the ground floor of a small building, in a quiet location in the Meje neighbourhood in the city of Split. The flat's living area is 100m2, and it consists of a hallway, a kitchen with a dining area and a living room which open onto a nice sunny south-facing terrace, and three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The flat is equipped with underfloor heating in all rooms.
Pets are not permitted.

Wir vermieten eine schöne und modern eingerichtete Dreizimmerwohnung im Erdgeschoss eines kleinen Gebäudes, in ruhiger Lage im Stadtteil Meje in der Stadt Split. Die Wohnfläche beträgt 100m2, und sie besteht aus einem Flur, einer Küche mit Essbereich und einem Wohnzimmer, die zu einer schönen, sonnigen, nach Süden ausgerichteten Terrasse führen, sowie drei Schlafzimmern, jedes mit eigenem Badezimmer. Die Wohnung ist in allen Räumen mit einer Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet.
Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
