It is a functionally designed hotel-type apartment located in a completely renovated building in Crikvenica, developed according to the modern concept of individual ownership with professional hotel management.

The apartment represents a separate condominium unit, and at the same time it can be a functional part of organized hotel accommodation. By purchasing, a part of the hotel with complete infrastructure and services is acquired, without the need for the owner to personally deal with the operational part of the rental. The owner may, but does not have to, include the apartment in the organized rental system run by a specialized company, which ensures reception operations, guest care and daily functioning of the building. According to relevant market analyses and studies, this hotel concept allows for a minimum annual return of 5 percent.

Guests of the apartment have access to a reception, a restaurant with a children's playroom, wellness facilities that include a jacuzzi, sauna and massages, a shared heated swimming pool and an elevator that connects all floors of the building. It is possible to organize a bed and breakfast, which further increases the market attractiveness of the accommodation. The sea and well-maintained beaches are only a few minutes' walk away.

Es handelt sich um ein funktional gestaltetes Apartment im Hotelstil in einem komplett sanierten Gebäude in Crikvenica, das nach dem modernen Konzept des individuellen Eigentums mit professionellem Hotelmanagement entwickelt wurde.

Das Apartment stellt eine separate Eigentumswohnung dar und kann gleichzeitig als funktionaler Bestandteil eines organisierten Hotelbetriebs genutzt werden. L'appartamento rappresenta un'unità condominiale separata e, allo stesso tempo, può essere parte integrante di un complesso alberghiero organizzato.
