We are renting a furnished 1-room apartment in the BS4 neighborhood - Bežigrad. The net heated area is 43.51 m2. The layout consists of an entrance hall, bathroom, sleeping area combined with the living room, and a separate kitchen with a dining area. The apartment includes a basement storage room (3 m2) accessible by elevator. Central heating is connected to the city heating plant, as is the hot water supply; the space can also be heated/cooled via a dual inverter AC unit. The apartment has a Z orientation.

At the tenant's request, the apartment can be converted into a 2-BED apartment.

The apartment is rented furnished (but without mattress and without kitchenware). Monthly management costs to UVG d.o.o. are approximately €150 in summer and approximately €200 in winter. All infrastructure is nearby.

The apartment is suitable for one person or at most a couple, and since there is no balcony, it is rented exclusively to non-smokers, with no pets allowed.

Terms of lease: Upon conclusion of the lease agreement, the current monthly rent and 2-month security deposit are paid by the tenant, as well as a part of the cost of carrying out the lease transaction to the real estate company, for one month's rent, is reimbursed. If the tenant is a legal entity, the latter assumes the payment of agency fees for one month's rent.
