U okolici Poreča, u malom mjestu udaljenom 4.5km od mora, daje se u najam restoran i četiri spavaće sobe s kupaonicama, koji čine samostojeću kuću.

Kuća je sagrađena 2019.godine i sadrži restoran površine 137 m2 koji obuhvaća kuhinju, spremište i komoru, a na katu su četiri sobe s kupaonicama i jednom terasom također površine 137 m2.

Sobe se uspješno iznajmljuju po ljetnoj sezoni, te već ima rezervacija za 2026.godinu.

Kapacitet gostiju u restoranu je 60ak ljudi, a još toliko može zaprimiti terasa u dvorištu.

Pet parking mjesta se nalazi odmah preko puta restorana, a u blizini je i veliki javni parking.

Die Zimmer werden während der Sommersaison erfolgreich vermietet, und es liegen bereits Reservierungen für das Jahr 2026 vor.

Das Restaurant und die Küche sind vollständig möbliert und ausgestattet, inklusive des gesamten Inventars. Es sind keine zusätzlichen Investitionen erforderlich. Im Lagerraum befindet sich zudem eine große Gefriertruhe zur Lebensmittellagerung.
