/ Maslinik sa priključkom struje i vodom

U ponudi imamo maslinik sa 80 kom maslina, starih 13 godina, koje su u punom rodu. i nekoliko različitih voćaka. Maslinik je redovno održavan. Sastoji se od tri čestice koje su međusobno povezane. Na jednoj od čestica nalazi se drvena kućica (alatnica) u kojoj je smješten agregat za vodu. Na istoj parceli nalazi se bušotina za vodu na dubini od 63m. Struja je priključena sa vlastitim brojilom. Pristupni put je riješen da je u jednom dijelu upisano suvlasništvo, a na drugom dijelu je upisano pravo prolaska i provoza. Udaljeno je od mora oko 1 km.

Razgled nekretnine moguć je isključivo uz potpisani Ugovor o posredovanju (Zapisnik o razgledavanju nekretnine). U slučaju odluke o kupnji razgledane nekretnine agencijska provizija iznosi 3% + PDV te se naplaćuje prilikom zaključenja Predugovora ili Ugovora o kupoprodaji, odnosno prve novčane transakcije između kupca i prodavatelja.

Wir bieten einen Olivenhain mit 80 Olivenbäumen, 13 Jahre alt, in voller Blüte. und mehrere verschiedene Obstbäume. Der Olivenhain wird regelmäßig gepflegt. Es besteht aus drei miteinander verbundenen Teilchen. Auf einem der Grundstücke steht ein Holzhaus (Werkzeugkasten), in dem sich der Wassergenerator befindet. Auf dem gleichen Grundstück befindet sich ein Brunnen mit einer Tiefe von 63 m. Der Stromanschluss erfolgt über einen eigenen Zähler. Für die Zufahrtsstraße wurde beschlossen, dass in einem Teil Miteigentum eingetragen wurde und im anderen Teil das Durchfahrts- und Durchfahrtsrecht eingetragen wurde. Es ist etwa 1 km vom Meer entfernt.

Eine Besichtigung der Immobilie ist nur mit einem unterschriebenen Maklervertrag (Besichtigungsprotokoll) möglich. Im Falle einer Entscheidung zum Kauf einer besichtigten Immobilie beträgt die Vermittlungsprovision 3 % zzgl. MwSt. und wird bei Abschluss des Vorvertrags bzw. Kaufvertrags, also der ersten Geldtransaktion zwischen Käufer und Verkäufer, erhoben.
