Construction of the rustic villa has begun

Die Villa erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen, Erdgeschoss und Obergeschoss, mit einem 32 m² großen Pool. Im Erdgeschoss sind das Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Essbereich sowie ein Ausgang zur überdachten Terrasse geplant, auf der eine Sommerküche vorgesehen ist, außerdem ein Arbeitszimmer mit Bad und ein Abstellraum. Im Obergeschoss sind zwei Schlafzimmer mit eigenen Bädern sowie ein separater Raum, der als Wellnessbereich genutzt werden kann, vorgesehen. Zudem gibt es eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit freiem Meerblick.
