We mediate in the sale of spacious agricultural land in Sutivan on the island of Brac. It has an area of 35,055 m2 and is relatively neglected, but there are several dozen olive trees on the land that can be restored and brought into very good condition with a little effort. The land is accessible by public road and can be easily accessed by car. The land offers a beautiful view of the sea. Sutivan is a beautiful place on the northern side of the island, and consequently also near Supetar, where there is a ferry port from which ferries regularly depart for Split.

Es hat eine Fläche von 35.055 m2 und ist als solches relativ vernachlässigt, jedoch stehen auf dem Grundstück mehrere Dutzend Olivenbäume, die mit etwas Aufwand wiederhergestellt und in einen sehr guten Zustand gebracht werden können. Das Grundstück selbst ist über eine öffentliche Straße zu erreichen und mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Das Grundstück bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Sutivan ist ein wunderschöner Ort auf der Nordseite der Insel und somit in der Nähe von Supetar, wo sich ein Fährhafen befindet, von dem regelmäßige Fähren nach Split abfahren.

Die Standardgeschäftspolitik unserer Immobilienagentur besteht darin, eine Besichtigung der Immobilie zu organisieren, nachdem der Kunde unseren Standardagenturvertrag unterzeichnet hat.
