Kuća je stara, autohtona, sagrađena početkom prošlog stoljeća, te je smještena na otoku Zlarin.

Preuređena je u tome stilu, 1972 i 2008 godine ali korištenjem modernih materijala.

Kuću koristi samo obitelj tijekom ljeta, a u ostala godišnja doba, ovisno o slobodnome vremenu.

Kuća nikada nije bila korištena u svrhu najma.

Sustav grijanja na struju je daljinski upravljan, tako da nas u hladnijim mjesecima kuća dočeka topla.

U prizemlju je izvedeno podno grijanje i to u dnevnom boravku ,kuhinji i blagovaoni koji su povezani u cjelinu.

U prizemlju se osim hodnika, kupaonice i kotlovnice,

nalazi velika dnevna soba sa blagovaonom i kuhinjom,

kamin na drva - 8 kW, sve oko 80 m2, te stepenice koje vode na 1 + 2 kat.
