Kuća je izgrađena 1985. godine. Posebnost kuće je da je ukopana u živoj stijeni, građena je čvrsto i vrlo masivno, punom ciglom iznutra, a kamenom izvana. Time su postigli da je ljeti objekt hladan i u njemu je ugodno boraviti.

U moru imate vlastitu bovu za sidrenje čamca kroz ljetne mjesece, a uz obalu postoji uređaj za spuštanje i izvlačenje čamaca iz mora.

Das Haus liegt in Smokvica (Gemeinde Novi Vinodolski). Es liegt ca. 35 m Luftlinie vom Meer entfernt (zweite Häuserreihe von der Küste entfernt).
Es liegt in einer ruhigen und friedlichen Sackgasse. Die Straße ist asphaltiert und mit der gesamten notwendigen Infrastruktur ausgestattet.
Das Haus wurde 1985 gebaut. Das Besondere an dem Haus ist, dass es im lebenden Fels vergraben ist, es ist fest und sehr massiv gebaut, innen komplett aus Ziegeln und außen aus Stein. Dadurch wurde erreicht, dass das Gebäude im Sommer kühl ist und man sich darin angenehm aufhalten kann.

Im Meer steht Ihnen in den Sommermonaten eine eigene Boje zum Ankern Ihres Bootes zur Verfügung und am Ufer gibt es eine Vorrichtung zum Herablassen und Herausziehen von Booten aus dem Meer.
