U starom dijelu Šibenika zvan 'Dolac' nalazi se autohtona kamena kuća sa prizemljem i katom. U bloku je sa drugim kućama a raspolaže sa oko 84m2 stambenog prostora. Prizemlje se sastoji od kuhinje sa blagovaonicom i dnevnim boravkom, ostave, kupaonice i spremišta. Unutarnjim, drvenim stepenicama dolazimo na kat gdje nalazimo mali hodnik i dvije spavaće sobe. U kući se može živjeti, ali traži ulaganja. Međukatna konstrukcija se sastoji od drvenih greda, dok je krov jednostrešni i obložen salonit pločama.
Gradska plaža Banj je udaljena oko 400m, a Poljana u centru oko 630m. Većina starina i znamenitosti Šibenika je na pješačkoj udaljenosti, što čini nekretninu zanimljivu za život isto kao i za iznajmljivanje u turističke svrhe.

In the old part of Šibenik called 'Dolac' there is a natural stone house with a ground floor and an upper floor. It is in a block with other houses and has about 84 sqm of living space. The ground floor consists of a kitchen with dining room and living room, a pantry, a bathroom and a storage room. On the first floor we find a small hallway and two bedrooms. The house can be lived in, but requires investment. The mezzanine structure consists of wooden beams, while the roof is single-pitched and covered with salonit panels.
The beach "Banj" is about 400m away, and the "Poljana"-underground car park is about 630m away. Most of the antiquities and sights of Šibenik are within walking distance, which makes the property as interesting for living as it is for renting for tourist purposes.

In der Altstadt von Šibenik „Dolac" befindet sich ein altes Reihensteinhaus mit Erdgeschoss und Obergeschoss. Es verfügt über ca. 84 qm Wohnfläche. Das Erdgeschoss besteht aus einer Küche mit Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer, einer Speisekammer, einem Badezimmer und einem Abstellraum unter der Treppe. Über eine interne Holztreppe gelangt man in den ersten Stock, wo es einen kleinen Flur und zwei Schlafzimmer gibt. Das Haus kann bewohnt werden, erfordert jedoch Renovierungen. Die Mezzaninkonstruktion besteht aus Holzbalken, das Dach ist einseitig geneigt und mit alten Wellendachplatten gedeckt.
Der Badestrand Banj ist etwa 400 m entfernt und Poljana (Tiefgarage)  im Zentrum ist etwa 630 m entfernt. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Šibenik sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar, was die Immobilie sowohl zum Wohnen als auch zur Vermietung für touristische Zwecke interessant macht.
